The qualifications to be employed by Mjenn are:
Company Driver Opportunities
Mijenn Inc. employees are paid by the mile. Starting pay is $.60 per mile with pay raises in accordance with performance and time employed*.
- Drivers get 2500 miles per week on average.
- Drivers will get home time every other weekend.
- Mijenn Inc. pays all expenses incurred that are directly related to the job, like fuel, scales, tolls, oil, etc.
- Drivers are responsible for all their own meals and any personal issues.
Pay raises are given after the first 6 months of continuous employment when the following criteria are met:
No log violations during roadside inspections; make all pickups and deliveries on time; take care and have pride in the company equipment; and have a courteous and positive attitude.
Then raises could occur yearly depending on the criteria listed above.
Payroll week is Tuesday to Tuesday.
Payroll is processed on Wednesday, after all paperwork for the jobs that were performed that week has been turned in and received by Sara.
We do offer direct deposit. Once paperwork is processed on Wednesday, it takes 48 hours for the money to be in your account. It is normally on Friday as long as there are no bank holidays that interfere.
We can also mail your paycheck, or you can make arrangements to pick it up from Sara.
Mijenn Inc. has no control over mail time.
Owner Operator Opportunities
Mijenn Inc. is open to leasing to owner-operators.
Owner-operators are required to have the following:
We offer a fuel card for owner-operators to run on but you are fully responsible for your fuel expenses as well as all other job-related expenses, like fuel, insurance, washes, taxes, licensing, IFTA, etc.
Any money advanced for job-related expenses will be deducted from your settlement for that pay period.
Owner-Operator Compensation
Pay for owner operators is 80% of the total line haul, with a 4% quick pay deduction.
Settlements will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the original paperwork for jobs performed that week on Wednesdays.
Checks can be mailed, or you can arrange picking it up from Sara.
Mijenn Inc. has no control over mail time.

Mijenn Inc. has a sister company, M & S Truck Repair, located in Sedalia, MO.
M & S Truck Repair is a diesel repair shop that is hiring diesel technicians.
